I have an anxiety problem, how do i cope with it?

I really find it difficult to cope with my anxiety problem, please suggest some tips.

    When a person suffer from anxiety, he /she tend to dwell on the things which make the person to worry.  The person might even get stuck in a cycle of thinking and worry. The more you think about something, the more it makes you worry.  The be...  more

    When a person suffer from anxiety, he /she tend to dwell on the things which make the person to worry.  The person might even get stuck in a cycle of thinking and worry. The more you think about something, the more it makes you worry.  The best thing to do is to break the cycle.  You can only avoid getting trapped in the thoughts and worries by breaking that cycle of thinking.

Try making your concerns look smaller and less irritating.  You can deal with anything that comes  in way if you give a little positive thought.
