What to do for deficiency of Vitamin b12?

Can you suggest any food or drinks to boost vitamin b12 please? Thank you.

    Thank you for your quetion, Fatema. You can eat foods that are rich in Vitamin B12 like Beef liver, sardines, beef, tuna, raw cheese, cottage cheese, Lamb, raw Milk, Eggs, Salmon etc.
