How do I lose weight?

I am 21 years old and I have serious weight problems nowadays. Kindly suggest me a fitness or diet routine to lose at least few kgs.

    If you have weight problems, you should start with small exercises like lunges, planks and leg risings and go in intensifying the workout routine. Include different other physical activities like swimming, jogging and yoga.
