Who can get arthritis?

Arthritis is a disease of the old, but I guess it affects young people as well and worse, even children. So, who is really at a higher risk?

    Take as much calcium as you can so you do not run the risk of arthritis. Calcium is very important for the bones to grow and become stronger. If you have kids, makes ure they get their required amount of calcium every day.
