I am 39, can I have arthritis?

I am a 39 year old male paranoid about arthritis. My knees hurt a lot sometimes and I feel I may be highly at risk of arthritis.

    There is no hard and fast rule that you will or will not have arthritis at this age. Arthritis happens when the bones become weak and that is possible if there is limited level of calcium in the body. Take calcium and you may be safe till you are 80.

    if u have pain in knees it doesnt mean that u hv arthritis...pain in knees may b becoz of other different reasons....1st u consult with ur doctor...he clinically assess u and if necessary he'll recommend u certain test ( may b X-rays, blood test etc...  more
