What are some low-impact exercises for arthritis patients?

I have arthritis. Suggest me some low-impact exercises that I can do.

    Speed walking, swimming, dance, step-ups and calf raises are some of the best exercises for weak knees.

    Weak knees can keep you from working out but you don’t have to give up on exercising. Stationary bike is one way arthritis patients can get a workout. It lowers high blood pressure, regulates blood sugar and improves overall health. The exercise reduces stress on the joint and keeps weight off the knee. Moreover, there is no impact of feet against the ground unlike other exercises.
