How to stop being anxious
Hi, I feel a lot of social engagement. I think I have social anxiety. Can you please tell me a treatment?

Anxiety is felt when you think that something might go wrong, and one way to go about it is to feel that you have someone to care for you. You have to turn the negative into positive, and a good way to do that is to make lifestyle changes. You have to turn the negative into positive, and a good way to do that is to make lifestyle changes. Get a healthy outside perspective about life, talk to someone who is older and experienced that you are, and tell him or her about your problems and woes. Approach all problems with a strong heart and you find that you arent anxious anymore. 1. Control your Breathing: If you are so anxious that you can barely think and work then you should sit down, relax and take in deep breathes.
2. Go out in the Sun: Being out in the sun has been proven to ease anxiety and depression. Just make an effort to go outdoors.
3. Touch of Love: Just being touched by a loved one can be very good for you. Part of anxiety is feeling like you have to deal with your problems alone and that your worries are too big to tackle. So you must have someone beside you and with you.
4. Exercises: You should do some exercises daily as it helps to calm your nerves.
All in all, live a healthy life! less
