For teeth pain, you can apply a mixture of garlic paste and salt directly on the affected area or you can grind two cloves, mix them in some olive or vegetable oil. You can also chew raw onion to get rid of the pain. Whenever, you are experiencing pain, you can rinse your mouth with salt water but if the pain persists, do consult a dentist for it. View All Answers (1)A. Use baking soda for removing stains. Dip your toothbrush into a box of baking soda and wet it with water. Brush your teeth to remove the nooks and cranies from the mouth. These will get scrubbed off as you brush your teeth. Baking soda removes all the stains from the teeth without causing any harm to the tooth enamel. You can keep brushing until the stains are completely removed.Read Also: http://www.onlymyhealth.com/banish-these-edible-offenders-of-staining-teeth-1402059267/http://www.onlymyhealth.com/how-remove-dental-stains-1316425307 Disclaimer:All possible measures have been taken to ensure accuracy, reliability, timeliness and authenticity of the information; however Onlymyhealth.com does not take any liability for the same. Tooth grinding during sleep aka bruxism happens to be one of the most discomforting problems because it not only causes trouble while you are sleeping, but it also can lead to dental disorders that are hard to treat. To cure teeth grinding, you need to relax your jaw muscles. You can do that by warming a washcloth and placing it in between the jaws.

One good way to whiten your teeth is with baking soda and lemon juice. Mix several teaspoons of baking soda and enough lemon juice to make a paste. Wipe your teeth with a paper towel. Using your toothbrush, put a good amount of paste onto your teeth. Leave the paste on for a minute and rinse with water.

Children should get sealants on their permanent molars and premolars as soon as these teeth come in. Adults without decay or fillings in their molars can also benefit from sealants. Sealants can protect the teeth from decay for many years, but they need to be checked for chipping or wear at regular dental check-ups.
