You should encourage your kid to eat by coming up with interesting meal ideas, feed peanuts to your kid as peanuts are appetite booster, give him fruits as snacks between meals and do feed him curd with every meal.     • A. Weight gain may not be easy as some may think. You can make all sorts of efforts to gain weight but continue to be stuck with lean frame. If you are one of them, do not be disenchanted.You should be eating healthy proteins, fats and carbohydrates to gain weight. Your aim should be consuming more calories than what is burned. The calories should come with nutrients. Have three meals in a day and two small meals in between them. You must have three proper meals during the day and include some snacks in between them. Have nuts or salad with juicy fruits and vegetables.

When you eat dinner early, it allows your body the time to digest food properly and keep the acidic contents of the stomach rising back up into your oesophagus.Eat a light dinner with loads of fruits and less of carbs.
