If you are one of them, do not be disenchanted.You should be eating healthy proteins, fats and carbohydrates to gain weight. Your aim should be consuming more calories than what is burned. The calories should come with nutrients. Have three meals in a day and two small meals in between them. You must have three proper meals during the day and include some snacks in between them. Have nuts or salad with juicy fruits and vegetables.
