I have very flat butts and very weak legs.Please suggest me better exercise.

Sir I have very flat butts and very weak legs as compare to my other body parts..but nowdays my weight is loosing day by day and its all effect shown on my butt, legs and other body parts. Please help me for weight gain and especially to make big butt and for make legs and thighs large.
