Dear sir, Meri age 21 year hai , hip fat ko burn karne tips or exercises btaiye. My chest size is 33 inch aur waist 32 inch aur hip size 38 inch hai.

Sirf hip fat burn tips and exercises batayie but without sacrificing upper body. Please sir.
