How can I prevent infertility?

I am a 30 year old woman, and I am childless. Can you tell me in what ways I can prevent from being infertile?

    There are a number of lifestyle changes that you can introduce into your life to keep yourself fertile till the time you are to undergo menopause. Start by maintaining a healthy weight because overweight or underweight women are most likely to suffer from ovarian disorders.Quit smoking as tobacco has several critical affects on the fertility, the fetus and the concerned person's general health. Limit the consumption of alcohol as it can lead to decreased fertility. Reduce stress and limit the intake of caffeine.

    By your question, it may be rightly assumed that you are trying to conceive, but have not been able to. We hope that you have consulted with your doctor once to find out what really is causing it. There are some forms of infertility that cannot be prevented completely and others that can be kept at bay with the help of lifestyle changes. For starters, you must avoid tobacco or alcohol as much as possible. You may also limit the intake if proscription is impossible. You are just 30 year old woman and should try to get pregnant within the next few years because with age, fertility decreases. Keep your weight under check because if you gain extra kilos, you are likely to stop producing eggs. Finally, ensure safe sex because if your partner has STD of any sort, you are likely to get it, which can further lead to diseases that cause infertility.
