Can stress lead to fever

Can stress trigger a child to get fever?

    I know of a friend who got fever when a lizard fell on her shoulder. I guess this is more like fever because of shock but then as far as i know shock releases the same hormones into the body that stress does. If my theory is right, there is a high possbil...  more
