How do I tell that my child is dehydrated?

My younger daughter who is 13 years old is suffering from high fever and I was wondering if there is any way that I can tell if she is dehydrated or not. She doesn't feel like drinking or eating and that worries me.

    There are a couple of signs of dehydration that you can look for in your child. The include a dry mouth, pale and mottled skin, sunken eyes, no tears, cool hands and feet and unusual breathing patterns.
