How to treat numb hands and feet?

I have numbness in my feet ad hands and I had already checked my vitamin b12 level it is fine. Please suggest how can I overcome this problem?

However, numbness sometimes can be a symptom of a more serious underlying condition for which you should consult your physician.

    You could try keeping warm, using a hot compress and some massage to stimulate blood flow when your hands and feet go numb and feel extremely cold. Improving the diet and taking dietary supplements can also eliminate tingling sensations.
