How to diagnose the chronic Pancreatitis?

I have been suffering from chronic pancreatitis for about a year. My age is 45 years. How to diagnose chronic pancreatitis?

    There are quite a few tests to determine the nature and type of Pancreatitis. These include measuring the amylase and lipase in the blood, Pancreatic functioning test, Glucose tolerance test and Biopsy.
