    Bro, lifestyle is the sole reason why we are developing so many diseases. If we were living a few decades in the past, we would have lived decades without the worry of any trouble and procreated well beyond our age limitation now.

    Avoid smoking, it can damage a man's sperm. Be a healthy weight, being under or overweight can lower conception chances. Keep as healthy as possible and deal with stress. Being obese may also cause fertility problems.
