How to treat Leg and Joint pain?

My grandmother is suffering from leg pain for the past 3 years. She took so many medicines but still, she has pain.
My father is also having so much pain in joints. He also took many medicines but the pain is there.
What to do?

    As we age body cells tend to get weakened. Body pains are one of them.
    Mostly, not eating right and lack of exercises cause these problems.
