What are the easy ways for moms to de-stress?

I am mother of two. Sometimes I feel stressed around the kids. How to de-stress?

    Sometimes all it takes to de-stress is a peaceful stroll of 10 minutes. Take a walk around the block to give mind the peace it needs. You can also sit in a quiet garden or on your front porch to ease your mind.

    Exercise is one of the best ways to de-stress. Exercises such as yoga help build resilience mentally, emotionally and physically. You can make your exercise more fun, put on your favorite music. You can also involve kids in the exercise.
