A. washing alone isn't a treatment of your problem and If you wash frequently more than twice then your Sebaceous gland will more active which are responsible to produce oil and this process contribute to Acne. so immediately avoid Washing face more than twice. buy a good cleaneser with ingredients as Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. wash face twice once in a morning and once at bedtime. Apply Topical benzoyl peroxide on acne affected areas. avoid makeup. drink at least 8 glass of water . prefer vegetable in your diet avoid oily , fast and junk food.
