How can I gain my strength in football?

I want to gain my strength again in playing football because sometimes I loose,air in a short period of time.. please tell me what should I do??

    Hi Rahim..thanks for your query.If you want to increase your endurance start taking protein rich food items. Before you start you game do some warm-up exercises to enegize your body.
