Is there any specific diet that works better for thyroid patients?

Hi, I just had a query that is there a particular diet that works better for thyroid patients?

    Thyroid patients must include iodine-rich foods in order to enhance thyroid function. These include low fat cheese, cow’s milk, eggs, low fat yogurt, fish and soy sauce. Moreover, avoid eating foods raw as it may interfere with thyroid function.

    Yes, the good news is that there is in fact a diet suitable for thyroid patients and it is pretty easy to follow.
