How to lose weight?
I am just 26 and I am weighing above 80. Need to reduce my weight as soon as possible. Please help me out.

Jacob, to lose weight, you will first have to quit all the oily and junk food. Get adapted to a proper diet plan. Avoid foods with fats, carbs and proteins, avoid soy protein.
