Can we loose weight without physical exercise?

I am 20 years old and weigh 64.
Since I am a student I can hardly enrol myself for physical exercise.
Could you please suggest some effective methods to lose around 15 kgs.

    It is possible to lose weight without exercising.
    divide your meal into small portions. Instead of 2/3 square meals a day, eat 5/6 times a day.
    Consume much less calories than you actually burn with your daily...  more
