What is the right diet to lose weight?

My weight is 90 kgs and height is 5 ft 11 inches.
I work from 5.30 AM to 2.00 PM.
I exercise for an hour daily in the evening.
But I do not know what is the right diet.
If you can, please let me know right diet for my lifestyle and working profile.

    Thank you for your question.
    Exercises alone would not fetch the desired results. It got to be combined with right diet at right times.
